Best New Gastropub in Oceanside

⇢ Flying Pig Pub & Kitchen

Owner/sommelier Roddy Browning (formerly of Market) and young gun chef Mario Moser (formerly under Jason Knibb at Nine-Ten) have created a hodgepodge of art, mismatched linens and glassware in this down-home gastropub that celebrates the pig. Molasses-braised pork belly, bacon studded mac ‘n’ cheese, and an ice cream sundae with a candied pork belly on top—yum!
